About Brooke

Brooke is the Founder & CEO of The Bloom Method, a pre and postnatal fitness method, redefining exercise for the modern mom. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Diastasis Recti & Core Rehabilitation Specialist and Pre & Postnatal Holistic Health.

Brooke created The Bloom Method with a desire to empower women through movement before, during and after their pregnancies. Recognizing gaps in both the mainstream and pregnancy fitness worlds, she created a fitness method that consists of diastasis recti rehabilitation and prevention exercises, labor training, functional exercise movements and innovative core techniques that are designed to keep women strong and thriving through pregnancy and motherhood.

Her online studio, Studio Bloom, allows women around the world to learn and practice The Bloom Method from anywhere. They learn to connect with their breath, dive into the layers of the core, address pregnancy-related injuries such as incontinence, prolapse, or DR. Studio Bloom is a monthly and annual subscription service that gives members access to 100+ workouts, recipes (fertility, pregnancy, postnatal and baby’s first foods), meditations, stretching, pain management, monthly calendars, and more!
