Hey there, I’m Brooke Cates.

I’m passionate (to say the least) about empowering women in their bodies!

Driven by a desire to fill a gap in the fitness industry, I founded The Bloom Method in 2013, with a mission to offer a holistic approach to pre and postnatal fitness that prioritizes safe, effective movement and personalized support. My goal is simple: to empower women to feel strong, confident, and supported throughout their journey to motherhood.

Through innovative programs and educational resources, I strive to reshape the conversation around pregnancy and postpartum health, providing women with the tools they need to thrive. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of movement science, anatomy, and holistic wellness, allowing me and my team to offer tailored programs that meet the unique needs of each individual.

I'm incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to support women on their journey to motherhood, and I'm constantly inspired by the strength and resilience of the women I work with. Together, we're redefining what it means to be strong, healthy, and empowered during pregnancy and beyond.
